These terms apply to your use of winsym.ai, including the student dashboard. Paid training, coaching and software engagements are governed by separate agreements signed before work begins.

Website content

Content on this site is general information about our services. It is not legal, financial, medical or technical advice. Case studies reflect specific client contexts; your results will vary. Information about HRD Corp and other funding is provided in good faith — eligibility and approval sit with the funding body.

Student accounts

Dashboard access is personal. Do not share your login or redistribute course materials outside your organisation without written permission. We may suspend access that is misused. Access periods are stated in your course agreement.

Certificates

Certificates of completion confirm that a participant completed a winsym.ai course. They are not professional licences or academic qualifications.

Enquiries

Submitting a form or contacting us does not create a client relationship. We may decline engagements that are not a fit.

Intellectual property

All site and course content, including the winsym Method and WTX framework names, copy and design, is owned by winsym.ai unless stated otherwise. Code and deliverables from paid software projects are owned as set out in the project agreement.

Liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, winsym.ai is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
