Hands-on from the first hour. Every module ends with an exercise on participants' own tasks.
Foundations that hold up
How large language models work, where they fail, and choosing between ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot and Gemini for a given job.
Writing in your company's voice
Emails, proposals and reports that sound like you — plus a review checklist so nothing embarrassing goes out.
Documents and knowledge
Summarising contracts and policies, working with PDFs and spreadsheets, and building a shared team prompt library.

Analysing spreadsheets, building charts and verifying the numbers AI gives you.

Every participant takes one recurring task from their job, rebuilds it with AI and presents the before/after.

Do participants need any technical background?
No. The course is built for people who use email, spreadsheets and documents every day. Participants bring a laptop and one recurring task from their job.
Which AI tools do you use in class?
We teach the method on the tools your company already licenses — usually ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot or Gemini. If you have no licences yet, we advise on the choice before the course.
Is this course HRD Corp claimable?
It is delivered by HRD Corp-certified trainers and structured for HRD Corp claims. Registered employers apply for the grant before the course starts; we provide the course details and documents your HR team needs.
Can we run it in Bahasa Malaysia?
