The winsym Method

Five phases. One accountable thread.

Most AI projects die between the demo and production. The winsym Method closes that gap: one path from diagnosis to a system your team runs without us — and the same method shapes every course and coaching programme we deliver.

Audit → Blueprint → Build → Transfer → Optimise

Nothing is thrown over a wall between strategy and engineering — that wall is where projects go to die.

  1. Audit — a diagnosis, not a pitch

We map target workflows, interview the people who do the work and quantify every leak. Deliverables: Leak Ledger, WTX score, ROI-ranked roadmap.

  2. Blueprint — ranked by return

Every opportunity is scored on annual leak value, confidence, automation potential and build effort. KPIs are fixed per project before kickoff.

  3. Build — durable assets, not demos

Built on production data from day one: automations, agents and integrations that log errors, recover and connect to your CRM and ERP.

  4. Transfer — would it run without us?

Documentation your team uses, hands-on training instead of slides, and a 30-day stabilisation window. This is where our education practice meets our build practice.

  5. Optimise — partner becomes literal

We monitor accuracy, latency and cost, manage model and API changes, and report value monthly.

The winsym Transformation Index

WTX rates your operation from 0 to 100 across seven weighted dimensions — so progress is a number your board can govern by. Re-audit later and watch it move.

How we hold ourselves accountable

From pilots to production

Production data from day one, integration in scope from the first estimate, KPIs fixed before kickoff.

We own the outcome

A deliverable is a file. An outcome is a number that moved. We stay accountable after go-live until it moves.

People become more valuable

Transfer is a phase, not an afterthought. If we disappeared tomorrow, your team runs what we built.

Straight answers

If yours is not here, ask us directly — we reply within one business day.

Isn't this expensive?

Compared to what the manual process costs you now — measured. The audit quantifies the leak first, so the price is a decision against a number, not a leap of faith.

How do I know it will work?

That is what the audit is for. It is a low-risk entry point, and the fee is credited toward the build if you proceed within 60 days.

We don't have budget right now.

Start smaller: an Audit Lite or a single workshop. Much of the training may be funded through HRD Corp, and some digital projects qualify for MDEC programmes.

Couldn't we do this in-house?

You could — the question is whether it ships while your team runs the business. We build it on production standards, then hand you the keys in the Transfer phase.
