Hands-on from the first hour. Every module ends with an exercise on participants' own tasks.
Map the process, find the leak
Workflow mapping and a lightweight Leak Ledger: where time goes, what it costs, what to automate first.
No-code automation
Triggers, actions, branching and error handling in Make, n8n or Zapier — whichever fits your stack.
AI steps inside workflows
Using language models to extract, classify and draft — invoices, enquiries, forms — with checks in place.
Connecting your systems
Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, CRM, WhatsApp Business, webhooks, APIs and MCP connections.
Agents with guardrails
When an agent is the right answer, and how to keep a human in the loop, log every action and cap cost.
Capstone build
Build, test and document one automation on a real process — then present it to your manager.

Which automation platform do you teach?
We pick with you before the course: Make, n8n or Zapier, based on your systems, data residency needs and budget. The method transfers between them.
Will the automation actually run after the course?
That is the point of the capstone. Participants build on a real process with real (or anonymised) data, and we include a runbook. Team coaching afterwards is available if you want help rolling it out.
Is this course HRD Corp claimable?
It is delivered by HRD Corp-certified trainers and structured for HRD Corp claims. Registered employers apply for the grant before the course starts; we provide the course details and documents your HR team needs.
Can we run it in Bahasa Malaysia?
